How long does delivery take and how much is delivery?
We have 2 delivery zones, UK Delivery and International Delivery;
- UK Deliveries are dispatched within 24 hours of ordering, are then shipped via DPD and take 1-2 working days for delivery. UK Deliveries are £3.99. All orders placed before 3pm will be eligible for next working day delivery, Excluding weekends. Delivery prices and times may vary for certain area such as Scottish Islands and Highlands, Isle Of man & Northern Island.
How can i pay?
We accept all major debit & credit cards and we also have a PayPal option at the checkout.
Id like my order delivered on a specific date in the future, is this possible?
Absolutely! Just leave us a note at the checkout in the preferences box for you preferred date and we will always do our best to meet the requirement for you.
There some items i do/dont like, can i let you know any preferences for my box/bag?
Of course! Just as above, leave us a note at the checkout in the preferences box and we will work around you as best we can.
Can i return my order?
For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we do not offer any form of returns. We will only accept a return for a faulty or incorrect product. This would need to be sent to our customer care team on hello@thecandystreet.com.
My order is a gift, can i leave a personalised message?
Yes you can! At the checkout, just leave your personalised message in the preferences box and we will add this into your order for you.
Do you cater for Weddings, Parties & Events?
Yes we do! We love getting involved in your special days! Just pop us an email to hello@thecandystreet.com
My order came damaged can it be replaced ?
If the product arrives damaged, please do not dispose of the package. Please photograph the whole package and email us so we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible for you.
